Week 5: Marketing System Reset
This week exposed a hard truth: the system had collateral and queues, but it did not have enough verified public distribution. The latest audit shows 12 verified public social posts this week, $0.00 revenue this week, and 373 leads in the local pipeline.
What Actually Happened
This week exposed a hard truth: the system had collateral and queues, but it did not have enough verified public distribution. The latest audit shows 12 verified public social posts this week, $0.00 revenue this week, and 373 leads in the local pipeline.
The marketing team has assets ready, but the public posting lane still needs verified links across X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, blog, podcast, and engagement comments. Audio exists, but no public podcast URL is logged yet.
The next sprint is execution proof: publish through the guarded queues, capture public URLs, log each result, and route failures back to the right department lead. Revenue work does not scale until public distribution, replies, leads, and conversions are measured.
- Social publishing now separates verified public URLs from submitted-but-unverified attempts.
- The browser bridge now tries to capture real permalinks instead of returning profile URLs.
- The post queue no longer posts future slots unless a deliberate manual `--force` run is used.
- Blog, podcast, Reddit, LinkedIn, and backlink actions are now registered in the external-action guard.
- Backlink drafts are no longer counted as contacted prospects.
- Social publishing now separates verified public URLs from submitted-but-unverified attempts.
